Pilates Classes

Our classes are designed to strengthen the core, improve posture, and enhance overall flexibility, balance and sense of wellbeing.  Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, we offer classes to suit every need:

Mat Pilates

Focus on core stability, strength, and flexibility using body weight exercises and small props such as weights, band and balls.

Hot Pilates

Includes the same elements as our classic mat class but our studio will be heated to 30°C to increase the sweat and cardio elements of the class, leave feeling uplifted and energised.
